职位概述 该职位负责优化证券后台运营流程，确保股票和固定收益（Equity & FICC）产品的高效运营与合规性，管理跨部门项目，并推动流程自动化和改进。 岗位职责 1、优化现有业务流程，推动自动化和效率提升，确保符合行业最佳实践和监管要求（如SFC）。 2、负责每日交易的清算、结算及账务核对，确保数据准确性。 处理公司行动（如派息、分红、配股）及支持新股发行（IPO）相关后台操作。 3、管理后台系统项目，推动新系统上线或优化现有系统。 4、识别并管理操作风险，支持内外部审计及合规要求。 5、与技术团队及前中后台密切协作，确保流程无缝衔接。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，至少3年证券后台或运营相关经验，有项目管理经验者优先。 2、熟悉股票和固定收益产品后台操作，了解香港及主要市场交易和结算规则。 3、具备流程优化和自动化经验，能够推动手动任务的数字化转型。 4、出色的沟通协调能力，能在高压环境下高效处理多任务。 5、风控意识强，熟悉监管要求，英语流利。 混合办公形式，深圳remote，定期去香港办公室onsite1-2天，请根据自身情况申请职位。
