We are looking for talents of Senior Software Development Engineer to join Fusion 360 Product Information Model (PIM) team in Shanghai. PIM is the foundation of Manufacturing Cloud and core to Data Framework for Autodesk Cloud Flagship Product - Fusion 360. Our objective is to build PIM to enable concurrency, integration, automation and collaboration throughout the entire product lifecycle, and hence to empower customers to design and make better products faster. PIM Shanghai team collaborates with other PIM teams cross geos and owns to drive, lead and implement key PIM workflows/components/services to fulfill product vision. Team’s responsibilities span from planning, architecture, solutioning, execution and deployment. In addition, Shanghai team is also responsible for some other core data services (Translation, AnyCAD, FAA, FNS) for data management and process management in Fusion 360. Existing PIM Shanghai team is an autonomic, T-shape, and energetic group. We are expanding to directly contribute to company data strategy and win the race to the next gen Design & Manufacturing Platform. Responsibilities Work within a scrum team with about 6-7 engineers Co-work with the scrum team members to accomplish customer/project requirements from PO/PM. Closely collaborate with other scrum teams located in Shanghai or in other sites around the world As key developer, can own or lead to design, implement and test major PIM modules/components/services Can take ownership to develop tools to facilitate work such as automation test, performance monitor, resiliency analysis, etc Can advocate and bring best engineering practices into team/product or outside Minimum Qualifications BS or higher in computer science or related technical discipline 5+ years of software development experience in commercialized products or systems Strong sense of ownership Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Fast learner and good team player Solid communication skills and fluent oral & written English Embrace changes and can work under pressure Preferred Qualifications Expert in JavaScript /Typescript / Node.js. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and test embedded applications for cutting edge wireless IoT systems built on emerging standards. 2. Create and maintain software requirements and design specifications. 3. Communicate with management to understand product requirements and produce designs to specification. 4. Produce reliable, efficient, and maintainable code. 5. Work proactively with software quality assurance to improve our test coverage and testing automation capability. 6. Conduct design reviews and ensure that the designs are highly modular, portable, and optimized for performance. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 1. BS, MS preferred, in Computer Science or related technical field. Minimum 4 years' experience in Embedded Software design and development. 2. Detailed knowledge of Android system development. 3. Experience with C/C++/JNI/JAVA/Shell programming language. 4. Experience with Android drive, HAL debug (E.g.: MIPI LCD, TP, Camera, Audio, UART, Sensor) 5. Experience with Android native/Java Framework, JNI debug (e.g. Input Manager Service, Power Manager Service, Sensor Framework) 6. Experience with the use of source code management tools (svn, git). 7. Understand I2C, I2S, PCM, SPI protocol 8. Understand MIPI DSI, MIPI CSI, USB, SDIO, RGMII, RMII, MDIO protocol. 9. Understand 802.11, DHCP protocol, able to capture and analyze air package is preferred. 10.Experience with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Z-Wave) or object-oriented design in C++ is a plus. 11. English reading / writing required, speaking skill is a plus. 12. Strong engineering and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to detect and define problems, analyze results, and determine possible solutions. 13. Ability to execute projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
