岗位职责： 1、负责公司美股交易产品从 0 到 1 的整体规划与落地，重点在客户端（App / Web）的产品设计与优化； 2、主导外部交易解决方案的选型、对接落地，以及后续迭代需求的管理和推进，确保业务流程顺畅、系统稳定； 3、重点负责 客户 KYC、税务状态管理、稳定币出入金 等核心 onboarding 模块的设计与优化； 4、深入理解美国证券市场的基本规则（SEC、FINRA 等），保证产品合规与安全； 5、对标主流美股券商（IBKR、Robinhood、富途、老虎），研究其功能设计、交互逻辑与运营模式，结合用户需求进行产品改进； 与研发、设计、风控、合规、运营等跨团队紧密协作，推动项目高质量交付； 6、关注用户核心需求与使用体验，基于数据分析和用户反馈持续迭代产品。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、计算机、数学相关专业优先； 2、5 年以上互联网券商、金融科技公司或证券类产品经理经验，至少 2 年美股交易或相关产品经验； 3、熟悉美股市场规则、交易机制及合规要求，对客户端（App / Web）产品有丰富的规划和设计经验； 4、熟悉主流美股 brokerage 产品（如 IBKR、Robinhood、富途、老虎）的设计和使用场景（KYC、选股、交易、运营风格等）； 5、具备优秀的数据分析、逻辑思维和商业洞察力，能够基于数据和用户反馈推动产品优化； 6、具备良好的项目管理能力和跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效推动外部方案与内部流程的落地； 7、英文良好，能够理解金融市场资料并与海外团队沟通。 加分项： 1、参与过美股交易产品 客户 KYC、税务状态管理 等相关模块的设计与实施； 2、有衍生品（期权、期货）、保证金交易等复杂交易产品经验； 3、有券商牌照申请、合规对接或跨境交易产品经验； 4、有全球市场多资产类别交易产品经验。 该岗位base深圳remote，定期到香港办公室onsite1-2天
