工作职责:
1、利用自身丰富的争议、纠纷、仲裁处理经验，在海外各项目所在国，与属地团队、商务、法务合作，主导、推动项目争议的解决。
With rich experience in dispute, dispute and arbitration, to lead and promote the settlement of project disputes in the countries of overseas projects by cooperating with ***** teams, business and legal affairs.
2、通过项目周会等手段，管理国际业务执行过程中的潜在风险、问题等，帮助项目实现项目目标。
Assist the project to achieve the project objectives by dealing with major risks and disputes during the international project execution.
3、根据国际项目执行过程中的风险来源的分布，在业务链条上制定对应的风险控制点、策略、行动方案。
According to the distribution of risk sources in the process of international project execution, formulate corresponding risk control points, strategies and action plans in the business chain.
4、建立风控管理体系，结合数字化建设，将风控的方法论结合数字化平台，实现风控的多维度管理。
The establishment of risk control management system, combined with digital construction, risk control methodology combined with digital platform, to achieve multi-dimensional management of risk control.
5、提升国际项目经理的风险控制意识，丰富项目经理的风险控制手段，落地风险控制动作。
Fortifythe risk control awareness of international project managers, enrich the risk control means of project managers, and implement risk control actions.
6、提升执行团队的全局思维能力，深刻理解以客户为导向，以经营为目标的思辨能力和解决问题的能力。

任职资格:
1、国际贸易基本操作流程：贸易方式、进出口流程
Have basic knowledge of procedures in international trade operation, including trade approaches, import and export procedure.
2、有商务、法务背景，并有国际工作经验
Business and legal background with international working experience
3、熟悉国际仲裁规则、流程，主导过海外争议解决全过程。
Be familiar with wind farm construction procedure.
4、10年以上工程领域工作经验
Be familiar with wind turbine lifting, assembly and related works.
5、熟练的英语听、说、读、写技能
English fluency.
