With italki being an internet-based business focused on the global language learning market, it is essential that we keep growing and improving our marketing strategy by channeling fresh, innovative ideas and putting them into action. The Integrated Marketing Manager is heavily involved in strategic marketing initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join a fully-functional marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is dynamic, organized, and action-driven with a strong balance of both analytical and communication skills. Working from our Headquarters office in Shanghai, this person will focus on multiple facets and play a key role in driving business growth. IMC campaigns and projects span through all digital touchpoints (owned, earned and paid media) and require frequent cross-functional work in the organization. Responsibilities
Strategy Planning & Market Research
Conduct regular research to understand the market trends and competitive landscape, audience preferences, needs and generate actionable insights.
Utilize external and internal data to identify user behavior, influence user segmentation strategy and deploy implementation plans.
Fully understand user journey, customer pain points, and digital touchpoints to influence strategic decisions.
Apply audience insights, competitive analysis and business data in marketing plan deployment meanwhile prioritize the investments.
Campaign Go-to-Market & Project Management
Become a specialist on italki’s brand, products, and target customer. Build and deliver compelling presentations to gain stakeholder advocacy.
Proactively develop integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on enhancing brand awareness, driving acquisition, increasing conversion and driving revenue growth while achieving relevant business metrics.
Consolidate channel and regional marketing roll-out plans, provide guidance and support to build best-in-class digital experience to end customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Marketing, Product, Data, Finance and Service in marketing campaign/project planning and go-to-market management.
Maintain good communications with project stakeholders and ensure cross-functional strategies, plans are well aligned for executions.
Adhere to the brand guidelines, develop content marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Support product marketing initiatives by developing IMC plans and manage cross-functional executions.
Supervise campaign/project execution, monitor performances and suggest improvements and iteration plans.
Follow up on the standardized tracking & reporting process and provide performance analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business or Education.
5+ years of professional experience in any of the following areas: marketing campaign management, technology marketing, marketing operations, or marketing. communications either from brand or agency side.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and able to deliver good presentations.
Strong project management skills in a multicultural working environment.
Strategic and tactical, able to gain stakeholder advocacy through data-driven insights and planning.
Confident, proactive, highly organized, and able to multitask different tasks.
Able to adapt to a fast-changing working environment.
A deep understanding and passion for language learning.
Plus
Passion for languages with language skills in addition to required English.
Experience in high tech, software development, education technology industries.
Experience in growing and scaling company growth or start-up team experience.
Experience in companies with global/regional presence with multiple offices across different countries.
