主要职责（RESPONSIBILITIES）:
1. 负责系统应用软件的开发。Successful lead the development of the application software.
2. 负责嵌入式软件的开发。Develops Embedded Software Programs.
3. 负责软件需求规格说明的编写。Develops Software Requirements Specification.
4. 负责软件设计模型的开发。Develops Software Design Model.
5. 负责软件源代码模型和单元测试的开发。Develops Software Source Code Modules and Unit Tests.
6. 负责软件需求，设计和代码的审查。Conducts Software Requirements, Design and Code Reviews.
7. 负责电子控制模块微控制器接口的故障诊断。Trouble Shoot Electronics Control Module Microcontroller Interface.
8. 负责产品软件系统的优化。Optimize product software system.
9. 与系统工程师一起参与客户实际工程的应用。Working with customer responsible engineer for application engineering.
10. 完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作。Finish the job assigned by the leader
11. 遵守公司各项规章制度。Obey to the company rules

学历及工作经验要求（REQUIREMENTS）:
1. 大学本科及以上毕业，工程类相关专业。Bachelor/ Master Degree in relevant engineering discipline.
2. 三年以上嵌入式系统软件设计相关工作经验。Minimum 3 years experience in embedded system SW design.
3. 精通软件编程，如C语言等。Master software program, such as C, assemble language, etc.
4. 精通软件开发的整体流程。Proficient with the overall flow of software development.
5. 熟悉OBC，DCDC，BMS，ECU等新能源产品。Be familiar with OBC, DCDC, BMS, and ECU etc.
6. CAN总线开发经验尤佳,熟悉CAN总线工具。CAN implementation experiences are preferred. Familiar with some CAN tools.
7. 积极乐观，较好的沟通技巧。Positive attitude and interpersonal skill.
8. 独立,有上进心，有雄心，有良好的职业操守。Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.
9. 了解公司质量体系标准，熟悉与本职工作相关的质量体系标准与 ”V” model。Know quality system standard of company; Be familiar with quality system standard of own work and “V” model.
