3)协助客户完成签约、资金转账,贷款等全部投资流程
4)客户关系维护,挖掘推荐客户通过自身渠道资源,寻找直接意向客户
5) 开发并跟踪转介类型的合作伙伴
6) 定期组织公开展会及现场说明会活动
7) 及时向公司反映客户反馈及市场动态
任职资格
1)熟悉海外房产市场,3年以上海外房产项目销售经验
2) 本科以上文凭 ,专业不限, 国际贸易、房地产、旅游奢侈品、市场营销专业优先;法国留学背景优先
3) 销售能力强,拥有优秀的沟通和谈判技能
4)对地产销售工作充满激情,正直诚信,有责任感
5)了解海外投资市场形势,具有市场洞察力,较强的逻辑思维能力
6)英法文流利
7) 有潜在客户资源优先
Key Responsibilities.
1) Providing professional overseas asset allocation information to clients.
2) Develop personalized investment, holiday and residence plans in line with clients' needs
3) Assist clients to complete all investment processes such as contracting, fund transfer and loans
4) Maintain client relationship, explore and recommend clients through their own channel resources to find direct intending clients
5) Develop and follow up on referral types of partners
6) Organise regular public exhibitions and on-site briefing sessions
7) Reflect customer feedback and market dynamics to the company in a timely manner
Qualifications
1) Familiar with overseas property market, with at least 3 years of experience in selling overseas property projects
2) Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, real estate, tourism luxury, marketing preferred; French study background preferred
3) Strong sales ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills
4) Passionate about real estate sales, integrity and sense of responsibility
5) Understanding of overseas investment market situation, with market insight and strong logical thinking ability 6) Fluent in English and French
7) Preferably with potential client resources
