1. Organize raw data, Build data systems and pipelines

2. Evaluate business needs and objectives

3. Interpret trends and patterns

4. Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
对复杂的数据进行分析和报告结果。
5. Data extraction and transformation for predictive/prescriptive modeling
对数据进行提取和转换，形成有预测性的、规范的数字模型
6. Build algorithms
建立算法
7. Combine raw information from different sources
整合不同来源的原始信息
8. Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability. Hence, getting good data integrity

【Job Requirement】
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT/ IS or other related disciplines
工业工程、计算机科学、IT、信息系统或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Manufacturing plant working experience is preferred ，with IE backgrounds as well as IT data analysis experience.
兼具IE和数据方面专业知识或工作经验，制造行业工作经验优先。
3. Excellent problem-solving skills to apply data science to a company’s business needs.
具有良好的解决问题能力，为公司业务提供有效的科学数据。
4. Excellent communication skills to work with leaders throughout the company.
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
5. Exceptional technical knowledge in various fields like software engineering & programming languages.
能熟练掌握相关领域技术知识， 如软件工程和编程等。
6. Good English skills in reading & writing in necessary.
具有良好的英语读写能力。
