Main Skills: PM/PMO; PPT document skills; project activity planning and promotion ability or SAP enablement/delivery experience.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
·Use agile tools to manage IT service delivery and IT operations.
·Assist the project manager for project implementation, RAID and audit related work Assist in the analysis of project financial budget and reporting.
·Be responsible for inter-communication and documentation.
·Responsible for operational measurement and active continuous improvement of services.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
·Understand and well hands on Agile Working Model (AWM) Acknowledge with ITIL methodology and its implementation.
·IT Project / Product Management experience.
·Budget management, project reporting experience
·Good skill in Agile toolchain.
·Good skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English.
·Good mind-set on IT project management methodologies (PMP).
·Good in PowerPoint, Excel, Word MS office, Project, etc.
·Strong operations management skill to operating multiple application.
·Technical knowledge, strong new technology learning ability.
·Domain knowledge in Web/network.
·Proactive and fast learner and self-driven attitude and capabilities.
·Good communication in both English and Chinese in speaking and writing.
·Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
·Good teamwork management.
