岗位说明:
1. Develop new business including channels, customers/distributers in the flooring business industriesto fullfil sales targets
负责地坪产品客户的开发,销售和执行工作,完成销量指标
2. To evaluate and integrate distributors, retain and motive those good performers but fading out poor performers, to keep reasonable numbers of distributors
对区域内的经销商进行有效的整合,并优胜劣汰,保持一定数量多经销商群
3. Daily visit of customers/distributors, consulting and learning cusotmer needs, to provide necessary sales support as required by the customers
日常的客户拜访,咨询和了解客户的需求,给客户提供一定的有效的销售支持。
4. To provide weekly report on customers situation, progress of communicaiton and selling, to provide tailor-made supporting/coordinating plans to keep good communication and hit targets
每周汇报给公司领导所管辖区域内客户的情况,并针对不同的客户做出不同的计划,进行合理的沟通协调。
5. To fulfil, implement daily tasks such as reporting, documents, information sharing, and other items as required by the superior and the company
完成公司及上级主管要求的日常工作如相关报告、文件、信息等及相关其它项目。
任职要求:
1. College graduated and above大学专科或以上学历
2. Strong communicaiton skills, especially negotiation skills, Team working
要求有很强的沟通能力,团队合作能力强
3. Basic English in oral, english reading is required but not a must
有一定的英语基础,并进行英语阅读/沟通
4. Microsoft Office, word, excel, PPT etc.熟练使用Office软件
5. Construction certificates (Prefer)
建筑相关证书者优先
