Responsibilities:
1.Play as data conversion lead in global ERP projects.
2.Drive data governance process and solutions.
3.Drive and ensure data quality in data migration.
4.Proactively identify issues and contribute to problem solving, build trust relationship with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance/Audit or related fields.
2.10 years of data lead experience of Data migration/governance projects.
3.SAP Data conversion/migration, MDM, and GRC experience are preferred.
4.Real estate related industry, Fund and global project experiences will be a plus.
5.Strong solution consulting experience in data governance, data conversion, master data standardization, and SOD risk analysis and control.
6.Demonstrated passion, self-motivation and strong ownership.
7.Excellent communication skills with clear and logical thinking ability
8.Proven record of collaboration with different functions/departments
9.Demonstrated vendor management skills.
10.Fluent Oral in English.
