ob Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of a mentor, participate in customer acquisition and operational tasks for overseas AI products, including but not limited to:
1.Lead Generation: Collect customer leads through mainstream overseas social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Meta, etc., screen and establish a target customer database.
2.Intentional Communication: Efficiently establish communication with potential customers through email, messaging platforms on social media, Google Meet, WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, etc., screen and register their level of interest.
3.Conversion and Contracting: Follow up with high-intent potential customers, effectively communicate and demonstrate product service solutions, address customer inquiries, alleviate concerns, and convert them into contracted clients.
4.Customer Operation: Collect customer-specific AI knowledge base and deliver it to research and development, monitor product launch, maintain regular communication with customers, implement version iteration strategies, and ensure appropriate account settlement.
Requirements:
1.English proficiency to work and communicate fluently in written, verbal, and even video conferences with customers.
2.Self-driven and proactive learner.
3.Interest in the application of new technologies like AI and overseas business.
4.Availability for a minimum 3-month internship; candidates available for 6 months or longer will have priority.
5.Prior experience using mainstream overseas social media platforms and instant messaging tools is preferred.
