1. 基于品牌传播策略、品牌规范、品牌理念及新产品知识进行品牌发布会(产品发布会、科技日发布会、技术IP发布会、车展发布会等)平面视觉输出;
2. 责品牌平面类视觉规范建设、迭代维护、审核、制作等,并确保高品质规范视觉落地。如:VI规范、插画规范、空间围挡规范、传播类视觉规范等;
3.提高组员整体视觉设计水平,并给予专业指导,与品牌其他创意设计组协同工作,与供应商协作,把控整体视觉产出高品质落地;
4.负责与公司组内外各业务方与品牌内设计小组拉齐、沟通与互锁,建立良好的视觉落地机制与流程,确保在各业务端内容高品质且高效率落地平面视觉方案;
5.基于品牌规范、行业洞察、竞品分析、熟知设计趋势等,不断迭代传播端视觉规范,并更新迭代与创新。
Create visual outputs for brand press events (product launches, technology days, IP presentations, auto shows, etc.) based on brand communication strategies, brand guidelines, brand concepts, and knowledge of new products.
Responsible for the construction, iterative maintenance, review, and production of various brand graphic visual guidelines, ensuring high-quality and standardized visual implementations. This includes guidelines for VI, illustrations, spatial enclosures, and other communication visuals.
Elevate the overall visual design proficiency of the team members by providing professional guidance. Collaborate with other creative design teams within the brand and work with suppliers to ensure high-quality visual outputs.
Coordinate and communicate with various business units both within and outside the company and the internal brand design team to establish an effective mechanism and workflow for visual implementation, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution of graphic visual solutions in various business contexts.
Continuously iterate and innovate communication visual guidelines based on brand guidelines, industry insights, competitor analysis, and awareness of design trends.
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历,视觉传达等相关专业,5-10年设计专业工作经验;
2.优秀的品牌意识与逻辑思维能力,能深刻理解品牌平面视觉在品牌中的价值,并能将逻辑思维提炼成设计方法论;
3. 具有完整参与设计项目的闭环能力,需求-创意-设计落地-完稿-复盘,能独立完成大型项目;
4.有线上线下各类型设计经验,并熟知新媒体视觉设计、传统媒体视觉设计、印刷物料制作等过硬的专业知识,完成过大型业务项目;
5. 服务过高端汽车品牌、奢侈品牌、高端电子品牌;
6. 有用户思维、团队协作及共创精神,有责任心及担当精神,抗压能力及自驱能力强,愿意接受新事物及带来的挑战;
7. 拥抱变化,能利用专业素养快速做出应对方案及落地执行能力;
8. 熟练掌握各类设计类软件;
9. 具有高等设计类院校及海外设计类院校留学背景及具备英语沟通能力者优先。
10.有甲乙方工作经验、国内外设计供应商资源加分。
Bachelor's degree or above in visual communication or related fields, with 5-10 years of professional design experience.
Excellent brand awareness and logical thinking skills, able to deeply understand the value of brand graphic visuals in brand communication and transform logical thinking into design methodologies.
Ability to engage in the entire design project cycle, from requirements gathering to creative ideation, design implementation, finalization, and post-project review. Capable of independently handling large-scale projects.
Experienced in various types of design for both online and offline channels, with a strong grasp of new media visual design, traditional media visual design, and print material production. Must have completed large-scale business projects.
Experience serving high-end automotive brands, luxury brands, and high-end electronic brands.
Possesses user-centric thinking, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit. Demonstrates responsibility and a proactive attitude, strong ability to handle pressure and self-motivation, and is willing to embrace new challenges.
Embraces change and can quickly devise response plans and execute them with professional expertise.
Proficient in various design software.
Candidates with a background from prestigious design institutions or studying abroad and possessing English communication skills are preferred.
