1. Independently handle clients' relationships – business correspondence updates; recommendations and new inquiries;
2. Work to keep retainer client accounts fresh and spirited with an eye toward content and tone;
3. Track projects' progress (timeline and budget, allocate work to colleagues and quality control);
4. Manage influencer campaigns, from KOL sourcing, briefing, execution to reporting;
5. Participate in pitches and support business development;
6. Update the media pool on a monthly basis, and manage the relationship with media outlets;
7. Advanced content planning, creating concepts for marketing campaigns;
8. Take a full brief from the client and write up for the team brief;
9. Source and manage possible vendors/freelancer talents;
10. Track budget and billing process for client cases.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree or above;
*Native Chinese with fluent English ability;
*3+years of agency experience (preferably 4A or independent);
*Strong knowledge of current digital/social media campaigns;
*Good PPT presentation ability strong writing skills;
*B2B project experience is preferred;
*Experience with independent project proposal is preferred;
*Work well with team and colleagues.
