Project Manager of the Greater China Performance Department
Job description:
1. Responsible for the implementation and execution of performance
projects in China, ensuring a high quality presentation of the programme;
2. Familiar with the project content, itinerary and technical
requirements, to be of assistance with the sales team and the external department
to ensure the implementation of the project;
3. To communicate as necessary with sales team customers;
4. Arrange detailed schedules according to the itinerary, including but
not limited to hotel reservation, airline tickets, and catering;
5. To coordinate and accompany through the whole period of tour;
Job requirements:
1. Passion for classical music or ballet and other performing
arts;
2. Bachelor degree or above, major in English, management and
engineering preferred;
3. No Gender preference, 26 years or above, with more than 3 years of
work experience;
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
5. Familiar with Windows, Office and other office software;
6. Good communicator, can work under pressure, logical and with
attention to detail, able to cope with emergencies;
7. Strong learning ability, able to self-learn relevant knowledge and
vocabulary of classical music, ballet, stage musical instruments, equipment,
stage lighting and sound technology needs in Chinese and English;
8. Have the experience in independent travel, understanding of
itinerary elements and the ability to adapt to frequent travel;
