Take responsibility of the related product.

Communicate with the customer about the customer’s requirement and define the specification with lead product engineer.
Create 3D model,2D drawings and BOM for quotation and nominated project according to the SOR /specification and MH standard / guideline
Work on the project documents (DCR/PCR) according to the project management and lead product engineer’s requirement.
Define the key characteristic list for the component and explain to the supplier.
Prepare the technical description and explain the technical proposal at quotation phase
Communication with the simulation and the testing to optimize the 3D model and 2D drawing.
Engineering change for the series production parts or parts after C-sample phase.

Technical support for internal and external customer regarding the product function, drawing and standard.

Design for the local project, implement of MH standard, norms and handbook on the drawing and model creation and feedback to improve further.



Education Qualification
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, e.g. mechanical engineering or auto engineering.

No. of Years of Experience
2-5 yrs and special with talent need to evaluate

Professional Exposure
(Technical Skills)
Design experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with mechanical engineering incl. drawing principle, measurements, materials, processing, production technology, etc.
Product experience of plastic product and AL product in regarding design & production feasibility study.

Preferred previous experiences
Working experience on the automobile or component company is preferred.

Functional Skills
Well know tolerance & GD&T calculation for drawing, material selection

Behavioural Skills
Communication skill ,team work and self innovation

Special Knowledge/Skills Required
Good skill in CAD system for design work, CATIA (Pro/E, UG as optional).
Good at MS Office software
Fluent English in written & spoken (German as optional)

Any Others
Good product know how in engine technology (optional)
Be capable to work under pressure.
