- 3 年以上动力总成相关研发经验，2 年以上项目管理经验，在汽车行业至少 5 年工作经验
- At least 3 years powertrain related R&D experience, at least 2 years project management experience,
at least 5 years working experience in automotive industry
专业技能要求：Professional Skills:
- 了解汽车基本构造和原理，特别是动力总成基本知识
- Understand the basic structure and principle of automobile, especially the basic knowledge of
powertrain
- 了解变速箱设计和传动原理，开发流程等专业知识
- Understand transmission design and transmission principle, development process and other
professional knowledge
- 了解新能源动力总成的基本知识
- Understand the basic knowledge of new energy powertrain
- 了解项目管理的基本知识
- Understand the basics of project management

能力要求：Ability requirements:
- 具有良好的领导，谈判和沟通能力
- Good leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- 具有良好的团队组织能力，判断和决策能力，确保各项工作按照计划进行
- Good team organizing ability, judgment and decision making ability to ensure that all work is carried

- 具有良好的项目管理能力（时间，资源，费用，风险等控制）

- 具有良好的英语听说读写能力
- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- 具有一定的技术经验 （动力总成研发）
