Responsible:
1.Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
2.Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
3.Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposals from customers.
4.Responsible for the sales and marketing of electronic components products.
5.Support marketing activities in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
6.Carry out calls and sales visits to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements
1.Diploma and above
2.Candidate with prior experience in customer service preferred
3.Strong capability of learning. Analytical with good problem-solving skills
4.Organised, Self-motivated, Positive attitude and Result-oriented
5.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
6.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
7.Empathetic and customer-oriented, with a passion for service excellence
