ESSENTIAL
JOB FUNCTION:
Electrical
engineering, electromagnetic and other specialized knowledge in the area of
radio frequency transmission and reception to design and develop products for
the Company. Responsible for the technical performance of Antenna related
products, for providing technical expertise to product development teams in the
antenna area and for supporting the test methods required for the development
of antenna related products.

Job
Responsibilities:
01 Research trade
publications, patents, technical papers and existing products to determine the
"state of the art" of antenna technology.
01 Design antennas using
computer simulation and experimental techniques.
01 Fabricate and test novel
antenna, RF circuit, Microwave components design for Automotive OEM customers,
in different bands: AM/FM radio, GNSS, SDARS, Digital TV, Cell Phone, LTE, 5G,
V2X, BLE, RKE, SAT.
01 Characterize antenna
performance by conducting electrical tests such as VSWR, near and far field
gain measurements, and reception tests.
01 Compose written reports
to fully document all project activity.
01 Communicate and report
on project progress with customers on a regular basis and get an accurate
understanding of their needs and challenges.
01 Prepare and deliver
technical presentations to a variety of small or large groups.
01 Work as part of an
engineering design team with mechanical engineers, drafters and project
engineers to develop new antenna related products.
01 Provide updates on
project status and technological changes to the design team.
01 Provide support and
assistance to the project team as needed.
01 Evaluate, recommend, and
implement software and hardware to reduce cycle time and improve product
development efficiency.
01 Write research papers
and patent applications, as required by the Company.


Position
Requirements:

01 Master's degree in
microwaves, electromagnetic fields engineering or a closely related discipline.
01 3+ years Antenna design
experience (Automotive Antenna design experience or mmWave antenna design
experience is preferred).
01 Familiar with Antenna
and RF testing equipment and setup.
01 Familiar with electromagnetics
simulation tool (HFSS simulation skill is preferred).
01 Familiar with Circuit
simulation (ADS simulation skill is preferred).
01 Familiar with PCB layout
software and generate the Gerber file (Autium Designer PCB layout skill is
preferred).
01 Clear logical thinking
and the ability to solve problems quickly.
01 Excellent communication
skills.
01 Ability to work well in
a team environment.
01 Effectively present
information and respond to questions from groups and customers.
01 Ability to work under
direct supervision and with clearly defined project steps.
01 Experience in leading a
team to solve technical problems is preferred.
