Major Responsibilities
Quality Data Analysis:
1.Monitor industrial social media voices and provide regular updates of the voices in the market, working closely with R&D engineers, aftersales teams, plant teams;
2.Ensure early identification, validation, and detailed analysis of new quality issues, customer studies, warranty trends, benchmarking performance; provide patterns and trends of quality data for prediction.
3.Quality related works including but not limited to topic following-up, topic master list maintenance.
4.Provide regular statistical reports/management presentations (fluent in English) of product quality to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications and data governance strategies, support management take decisions based on the facts and trends.

Project & Supplier Management
1.Plan, execute, and monitor Projects/Sprints from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery meet its quality standards and complete within deadline.
2.Utilize Jira for task tracking, Sprint planning and agile works. Ensure the project transparency and efficiency.
3.Maintain project documentation, workflows, and knowledge sharing in Confluence.
4.Coordinate with suppliers, managing deliverables.
5.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams (development, aftersales, …)
6.Able to handle the multiple tasks in the project.
