    职位描述:

    岗位职责:
    1.电气控制系统设计与开发
    61负责自动化设备电气控制系统的方案设计、原理图绘制及PLC程序开发,结合现代控制理论(如PID、状态空间控制等)优化系统性能
    61基于Matlab/Simulink完成控制算法建模与仿真,验证算法有效性并优化参数
    61参与设备调试与故障诊断,解决现场电气控制问题,编写技术文档及操作手册
    2.智能算法与软件开发
    61应用深度学习、机器学习技术(如CNN、RNN、强化学习)解决电气系统中的预测、分类或优化问题,例如设备故障预测、能耗优化等
    61使用C/C++实现算法底层逻辑,优化代码执行效率,并与PLC或嵌入式系统对接
    3.硬件与嵌入式开发
    61掌握PLC编程(如西门子、三菱系列),开发人机界面(HMI)及通信协议(Modbus、Profinet等)
    4.跨领域协作与创新
    61与机械、软件团队协作,推动电气系统与智能制造
    61探索新技术(如边缘计算、数字孪生)在电气控制中的应用,提升系统智能化水平
    1.Electrical Control System Design & Development
    61 Designed and developed electrical control systems for automated equipment, including schematic drafting and PLC programming, while optimizing system performance with modern control theories (e.g., PID, state-space control).
    61 Conducted control algorithm modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink, validating effectiveness and fine-tuning parameters.
    61 Participated in equipment debugging and fault diagnosis, resolved on-site electrical control issues, and prepared technical documentation and operation manuals.
    2.Intelligent Algorithms & Software Development
    61 Applied deep learning and machine learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, reinforcement learning) to solve prediction, classification, and optimization challenges in electrical systems (e.g., equipment failure forecasting, energy consumption optimization).
    61 Implemented algorithm core logic in C/C++, optimized code efficiency, and integrated with PLC/embedded systems.
    3.Hardware & Embedded Development
    61 Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi series), developed HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), and implemented communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, etc.).
    4.Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration & Innovation
    61 Collaborated with mechanical and software teams to advance electrical systems in smart manufacturing.
    61 Explored emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, digital twins) to enhance system intelligence in electrical control applications.


    岗位要求:
    1.电气工程、自动化、控制科学与工程、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历;
    2.熟悉模电/数电基础,掌握电路分析、电机学、自动控制原理等核心课程;
    3.能够使用Matlab/Simulink进行算法仿真;掌握C/C++语言,具备嵌入式开发经验者优先;
    4.了解深度学习框架(TensorFlow/PyTorch),熟悉神经网络设计与训练,有研究或实习项目经验者优先;
    5.了解PLC编程(如西门子S7系列)、SCADA组态软件,了解工业通信协议;
    6.良好的学习能力,具备较强的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力;
    7.工作积极负责,主观能动性强,能够承受一定的工作压力,并且拥有良好沟通和协作能力。
    1.Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Science & Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
    2.Solid foundation in analog/digital electronics, with expertise in core subjects such as circuit analysis, motor theory, and automatic control principles.
    3.Proficient in algorithm simulation using MATLAB/Simulink; skilled in C/C++ programming (experience in embedded development preferred).
    4.Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and neural network design/training (research or internship experience is a plus).
    5.Basic knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7 series), SCADA configuration software, and industrial communication protocols.
    6.Strong learning agility, logical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
    7.Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure; excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
