Major Responsibilities:
61 Analyzes and evaluates complex systems hardware and software from vendors, manufacturers and acquired companies. Documents and compiles results for final assessment.

61 Acts as technical liaison with internal functional or business leaders, external manufacturers’ or vendors' technical personnel, to implement or maintain hardware and software. May provide system-wide support on complex projects and components.

61 Troubleshoots more complex problems and recommends appropriate actions.

61 Supports data migration, conversion and loading, seeking continuous performance improvement.

61 Manage ***** IT routines complying to the standards and processes.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:
61 Bachelor's degree 大学本科学历
61 4+ years’ related experience 4年以上相关IT工作经验
61 Strong knowledge and problem-solving skills 丰富的知识和解决问题能力
61 Proficiency with 熟练以下
o PC & server hardware and software support 电脑和服务器
o Office 365 applications
o LANDesk
o Networking 网络
61 Good communication and teamwork 良好沟通和团队合作
61 ERP background would be an advantage
