Main responsibilities:
61 Key technical resource in automotive mechanical reliability and performance testing ;
61 Conduct the test control system design review, commissioning, and acceptance test at both factory and customer sites;
61 Oversee and supervise the installation of test systems for automotive applications;
61 Provide customer training on test system solutions;
61 Work with the international team and be involved in the product development process.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor or above, majored in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.
61 At least 1 year of experience in automotive mechanical fatigue and durability testing on vehicle/component level.
61 Solid awareness of automotive test requirements and ability to initiate the development of solutions that address market needs;
61 Programming knowledge in LabVIEW, C, or Python is preferred.
61 Strong project planning and execution skills, with a proven track record of delivering solutions that meet schedule, budget, and performance objectives;
61 Ability to provide technical leadership, planning, and task supervision for a team of highly skilled engineers;
61 Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational ability;
61 Strong team cooperation mindset.
