BA Intern 3k-4k

Job Responsibility
1.Advise on the implementation of performance management tools for the functional teams and external vendors;
2.Work with business controller to calculate and track GBS KPIs (purchasing index, GBS costs and operation performance) and analyze results in collaboration with the different GBS teams (Product Development, Sourcing, Operations);
3.Monitor vendors performance and analyze results in collaboration with sourcing/buying teams;
4.Conduct market research on understand industry and business trends;
5.Work with GBS directors in creating and refining documents for business and operations processes;
6.Participate in review of project deliverables as an analyst expert;
7.Perform and analysis as requested by senior management and give inputs to support decision making.
8.Lead E-auction project to achieve company saving target.
