工作内容：
As the field service engineer, to make sure the filed task be implemented successfully and reach customer satisfaction.作为现场服务工程师,确保现场工作目标的实现，保证客户满意
1、Follow customer service code of conduct and taken service task be assigned in service process; 遵守客户服务的行为准则，执行服务流程里安排的任务。
2、Mainly responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of TRUMPF solid state lasers, possible rebuild laser sources at customer site. 主要负责客户现场的激光器安装、维修和保养工作，以及光源的现场重建；
3、Responsible for the creative and successful solution to support the customer application and production.能够以创新和成功的解决方案来支持客户的应用和生产。
4、Responsible for the field instruction of customers in the latest technology of solid-state lasers.对客户现场指导新的固体激光技术。
5、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

任职条件：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in optical engineering, science and technology of electronic, physics, photoelectron or automation
本科或以上学历毕业，主修光学工程，电子科学与技术，物理，光电子或自动化专业
2、Field service on laser technique or laser application with laser welding/cutting/marking/micro processing. 有激光器售后服务或者激光焊接/切割/打标/微加工应用经验的优先
3、Experience with operate laser detection and measurement equipment.熟悉光学检测仪器和光学测量仪器的使用
4、 Familiar with industry system integration and control. 熟悉工业系统的集成和控制
5、Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and communication skills.良好的办公软件技能及沟通能力
6、English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）
