A brief summary of the position as below
Responsible for establishment and operation of company's complete vehicle regulation certificates and traceability business in domestic and export market, ensure business operated in compliance and meet the relevant requirements of the government authorities.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Responsible for the establish and continuous optimize of the complete vehicle certificates and traceability management system according to the requirement of MIIT, VECC, CNCA etc. Ensure the business is operated in compliance and full fulling with the requirements of authorities.
Planning and lead to establish the certificates management digital system, to get an effective communication with authorities
information system, ensure the correctly operation of the vehicle certificates.
Organize cross-functional teams to identify and update the certificates data according to vehicle certification and other
related information to ensure certificates can be printed/uploaded/managed correctly in order to support the production, sales
and delivery of vehicles.
Establish detailed business operation guidance for print, check, issue, upload and modify regulation certificates, and carry out
train and audit to ensure that operators can work correctly according to requirements.
Supervise and manage the operation of the company's product traceability to ensure the realization of full life cycle product
traceability management to achieve customer protection, support quality issue resolution, aftermarket recalls and product development analysis.
Establish and maintain accurate traceability digital system, achieve effective collection, storage, consumption and
management of product traceability information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience in the complete vehicle regulation & certificates (VQC/COC/VEID/Regulation Marking etc.) for domestic
market and export market.
Knowledge of VQC/COC/VEID etc regulation requirement
Experience in regulation certificates operation and management (software &hardware),
and experience in communication with authorities, MIIT/CQC/VECC etc.
Fluent English in written and oral
Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point
