工厂质量经理 18k-26k

岗位职责：
1、Responsible for all the quality related working management and quality KPIs 负责所有质量相关的管理工作及质量KPIs
2、Arrange quality working short and long term plan 制定长期及短期的质量工作计划
3、Responsible for recruiting, training and management of quality staff 负责招聘、培训及管理质量团队
4、Evaluate performance of each team regularly 定期评估质量团队绩效
5、Report to customer about the quality issues, improvement and the quality problems, build relationships with customers 负责客户质量问题的改善推进及汇报，客户关系的维护。
6、Report to plant management about the quality situation which include the big incident escalation and daily quality performance report 向工厂管理层汇报质量状况，包括质量问题隐患及质量表现报告
7、Define the internal quality target for each project定义每个项目的质量指标
8、Leading the quality job systematic improvement including on site quality management improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement 领导系统地质量改善工作，包括现场质量管理改善及顾客满意度提升
9、If there is a bad batch in process production, the quality manager has the right to request to stop production过程生产出现批量不良的情况，有权要求停止生产
10、If the products are found to be defective in warehousing and shipment, the quality manager has the right to suspend warehousing and shipment, and ask the responsible department to deal with the defective products 产品入库及出货发现不良，有权暂停入库、出货，并要求责任部门对不良品处理
11、Finish the temporary work which dispatched by boss. 完成领导临时交付的工作。
12、HSE responsibilities: support CSA HSE related procedures, make sure all activities match HSE requirements, carry out ergonomics kaizens.HSE职责：执行环境健康安全管理体系文件规定，执行人机工程绩效改善，保障安全生产，控制环境污染及预防安全。
13、CI responsibilities: support lean culture, participate CI related activities(training ,kaizen, etc.), continuous improve WCO performance. CI职责：参与和推动本部门持续改进活动，提高本部门的CI绩效
任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree or higher 大学本科或以上学历
2、Experience in sealing field or interior and exterior decoration field of automotive parts manufacturing 有汽车零部件（密封领域或内外饰领域）工作经验
3、At least 3 years of working experience in the quality manager position 3年或以上质量经理职位工作经验
4、Good communication skills in English . 良好的英语沟通技巧（读写ok,简单听说）。
5、Rich experience in cooperating with OEMs, especially BYD. 有丰富的客户（特别是比亚迪等客户）合作经验。
