职位摘要SUMMARY：
设计经理主要职责是管理设计团队，分配设计任务；审核新项目设计过程中的设计方案，公差分析，模拟仿真等；针对旧项目中出现的问题进行分析，给出解决方案，持续改善产品在制造过程中所出现的问题。
The main responsibility of the design manager is to manage the design team and assign the design tasks; Review the design scheme, tolerance analysis, simulation, etc. in the process of new project design; Analyze the problems in sustaining projects, propose solutions, develop and continuously improve the problems in the manufacturing process of products.

工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.发挥领导才能和专业技能，独立管理设计团队约5-6名工程师。To contribute leadership and professional skills to oversee design team about 5-6 engineers independently.
2.发展高效的设计团队，在文档(图纸和模型)方面具有创造性和高度的准确性。Develop highly efficient design team that is both creative and highly accurate with regards to documentation (drawings and models).
3.使用CAD软件和Windchill PLM系统，定义和驱动贯穿卡莱医疗技术的一致和有效的设计过程和实践。Define and drive consistent and efficient design process and practices using CAD software and Windchill PLM system that are used throughout Carlisle Medical Technologies.
4.确保部门与医疗产品设计的行业标准保持一致。Ensure that department stays current with industry standards for the design of medical products
5.参与产品的实际操作、深入分析、评审和设计，包括对客户需求、模型和图纸的技术评审和分析。Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of products, including technical review and analysis of customer requirements, models, and drawings.
6.审核和评估设计人员的工作质量。对工作进行优先排序、分配和监控。调整工作水平和/或计划期望，以确保项目保持在正轨上，并为客户提供高价值和高质量。确保提供及时的响应。Review and evaluate the quality of work performed by design staff. Prioritize, assign, and monitor work progress. Adjust levels of work effort and/or schedule expectations to ensure projects stay on track and provide high value and quality to our customers. Ensure that timely responses are provided.
7.与新产品导入/PM/QA/SCM团队合作，确保所有新产品能按时从新产品导入到量产，并顺利运行。Work together with NPD/PM/QA/SCM team to make sure all new products can be transferred from NPD to mass production on schedule and run smoothly.
8.遵守公司5S规定。Comply with the company’s 5S regulations.

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS：
1.本科或以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2.12年以上医疗行业设计经验。More than 12 years design experiences in medical industry.
3.3年以上经理或同等职位工作经验，带领团队10人以上。At least 3 years manager or equivalent position experiences to lead a team at least 10 persons.
4.较强的问题解决能力和创新能力，需要标准的DFM/DFMEA应用。Strong trouble shooting and creative capability, standard DFM/DFMEA application is needed.
5.良好的中美AE团队沟通与合作能力。Good communication and cooperation skills for both Chinese and US AE teams.
6.能够独立组织会议，用英语表达项目设计工作。Able to independently organize meetings and present project design work in English.
7.熟练使用SolidWorks和PLM系统控制设计文件。Proficient in SolidWorks and controlling design files in a PLM system.
8.具备FEA软件和分析的工作知识。Working knowledge of FEA software and analysis.
9.有在团队中发展和保持高尚道德的经验。Experience with developing and maintaining high moral within group.
