主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1. 负责MEMS自动化测试设备的现场安装、调试以及维修维护;
Be responsible for the on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of MEMS automated testing equipment.
2. 针对客户产品,运用现有软件,按照标准流程生成测试程序,完成测试报告;
For the customer's products, use the software to generate test programs in accordance with the standard procedures and complete the test reports.
3. 给予客户技术支持及相关培训;
Provide technical support and relevant training to customers
4. 解决客户日常使用中碰到的问题,做好问题的follow up,提升客户使用体验;
Solve the problems encountered by customers in their daily use, do a good job in following up on the problems, and improve the customer experience.
5. 做好项目管理,协调公司内部和意大利总部资源提供及时的技术支持和解决方案;
Do a good job in project management, coordinate internal company and Italian headquarters resources to provide timely technical support and solutions.
6. 与指定的大客户建立并维护长期、稳定、互信的战略合作伙伴关系,成为客户信赖的顾问,定期向管理层汇报项目状态。
Establish and maintain long-term, stable and mutually trusting strategic partnerships with designated major clients, become their trusted advisors, and report project status to the management on a regular basis.
任职要求Job Requirements:
· 本科及以上学历,电子信息工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业;
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic information Engineering, Microelectronics, automation or related fields
·具有5年以上半导体测试设备维修经验,若有压力传感器,磁传感器测试设备经验,Handler经验,掌握马达,气缸,sensor,电气电路,电子机械维修经验尤佳;
Have more than 5 years of experience in the maintenance of semiconductor testing equipment. Experience in pressure sensor, magnetic sensor testing equipment, Handler, and mastery of motor, cylinder, sensor, electrical circuit, and electronic mechanical maintenance is preferred.
·掌握电子元器件和模拟电路的基本知识;会使用示波器,万用表等仪表;
Master the basic knowledge of electronic components and analog circuits; Be able to use instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters
· 具备优秀的中英文沟通口语表达能力,能够清晰、专业地与国外同事对进行有效沟通;
Possess excellent oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be capable of communicating effectively with foreign colleagues clearly and professionally
· 出色的客户关系管理能力、沟通能力,具备强烈的客户服务意识,善于建立和维护高层客户关系;
Outstanding customer relationship management and communication skills, with a strong sense of customer service, and adept at establishing and maintaining high-level customer relationships
· 具有高度的责任心,吃苦耐劳,具备现场工作抗压能力;
Have a strong sense of responsibility, be hardworking and able to endure hardships, and possess the ability to withstand on-site work pressure

Business trips and overtime work are acceptable
