岗位职责：
1.Setup of test environment: Responsible for the construction of the gas and electrical systems for air spring tests, including the installation, debugging, and calibration of equipment such as pressure sensors, vibration tables, and environmental chambers; Formulate maintenance regulations for the test environment to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 laboratory management system requirements and guarantee the stability of test equipment; Coordinate with equipment suppliers to solve technical issues in the setup of the test environment.试验环境搭建：负责空气弹簧测试的气路、电路系统搭建，包括压力传感器、振动台、环境箱等设备的安装调试与校准；制定试验环境维护规范，确保符合 CNAS实验室管理体系要求，保障测试设备稳定性；对接设备供应商，解决测试环境搭建中的技术问题。
2.Test fixture design: Based on the requirements of air spring performance tests (such as durability, stiffness, air tightness, NVH, etc.), independently complete the design of the fixture structure and the drawing of the drawings (it is necessary to be proficient in using tools such as CAD); verify the compatibility and safety of the fixture, optimize the fixture design scheme, and adapt to different models of air springs for testing scenarios; compile the user manual of the fixture to guide the test personnel to operate in a standardized manner.测试工装设计：根据空气弹簧性能测试需求（如耐久、刚度、气密性、NVH 等），独立完成工装结构设计、图纸绘制（需熟练使用 CAD 等工具）；验证工装兼容性与安全性，优化工装设计方案，适配不同型号空气弹簧的测试场景；编制工装使用说明书，指导测试人员规范操作。
3.Test analysis execution: Develop test plans and procedures, based on industry standards, conduct tests such as performance, durability, vibration, and noise; be responsible for collecting, organizing, and conducting in-depth analysis of test data, performing data visualization and failure mode analysis; write test reports, clearly stating test conclusions and improvement suggestions, and tracking the closure of problem rectification; collaborate with the R&D and product teams to optimize the design of air springs, enhancing product reliability.测试分析执行：制定测试方案与流程，依据行业标准，开展性能、耐久、振动、噪音等测试项目；负责测试数据采集、整理与深度分析，进行数据可视化与失效模式分析；撰写测试报告，明确测试结论与改进建议，跟踪问题整改闭环；协同研发、产品团队，优化空气弹簧设计方案，提升产品可靠性。
4.Participate in the formulation and optimization of testing standards and processes, and promote the standardization of the testing system.参与测试标准与流程的制定、优化，推动测试体系规范化。
5.Support the client's dual-party laboratory audit and certification, and provide testing technical support.支持客户二方实验室审核认证，提供测试技术支持。
任职资格：
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, automation or related fields.本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。
2.At least one year of relevant working experience in air spring or air suspension system testing.至少 1 年空气弹簧或空气悬架系统测试相关工作经历。
3.Those with practical experience in independently setting up test environments and designing test fixtures will be given priority.具备独立搭建试验环境、设计测试工装的实操经验者优先。
4.Skills Required 技能要求：
61Possess solid mechanical assembly process knowledge; be familiar with the structure, component characteristics and assembly tools/equipment of air springs; proficient in design software such as CAD and CATIA V5, and able to independently complete assembly process drawing and work instruction preparation is preferred. 具备扎实的机械装配工艺知识；熟悉空气弹簧的结构、零部件特性及装配工具设备；掌握CAD、CATIA V5等设计软件，能独立完成装配工艺图纸绘制及作业指导书编制者优先。
61Preference will be given to those who are proficient in LabView and PLC.掌握 LabView、PLC者优先。
61Able to withstand certain work pressure and adapt to the progress requirements of new product development projects.能承受一定的工作压力，适应新产品开发项目的进度要求。
5.Language Ability: Fluent in English, with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English is a plus. 语言能力：英语熟练，能够阅读和理解英文技术资料者优先。
