Technical Support Engineer 14k-20k

Job Purpose:
61 Responsible for supporting internal customers to answer and resolve technical queries / issues based around products sourced by Strategic Sourcing Team.
61 To provide support in areas such as parts selection, cross-referencing obsolete components and offering guidance and support in design efforts and to liaise with vendors to seek support.
61 Handle all technical enquires and perform cause analysis thereby being able to suggest the best resolution to the customer.

As a member of the team, To provide enterprise level technical support to our internal customers via phone, web, email and other support channels as required.:
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Work with the Product team to assess the Private Label requirement for a product
- Develop a complete technical specification of a product which fits the requirement of Private Label product
- Perform technical specification evaluation of a Private label product to ensure spec matching of PF requirement
- Review OEM supplier’s functional testing, type testing, environmental testing process to ensure design-in quality
- Review OEM’s supplier’s product testing compliance to relevant IEC/IEEE/CE standards


【任职要求】
61 As least 5 yrs of hands-on experience in technical support and product testing experience for electronic components/ electronic products /Test & measurement equipments.
61 Broad technical knowledge in electronics with proven commercial experience and integrity
61 3 yrs+ of experience in design and/or application of electronic products.
61 Strong problem-solving skills
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
61 Good English skill both in reading and writing
