Main Responsibilities:
- Understand regulation/standard/client requirements, prepare and select applicable chemical testing plans / suggestion for submitted sample
- Provide daily technical support to Sales /CS /AE /operation team on chemical part, prepare test template, internal guideline, reply technical enquiry, handle customer complaint, etc
- Visit client, participate technical discussion and provide professional advice on technical issues
- Prepare training materials and responsible for internal training and external seminar to customers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, degree of chemical/environment/material engineering, or related major, overseas education background
- Familiar with different national and international safety standards on consumer products or toy is a preference
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Work independently and under pressure
- PC knowledge: MSOffice
- Good communication and pro-active attitude
