- Lead eCommerce initiatives to drive business growth in China.
- Develop short-term and long-term eCommerce strategy supported by analysis of metrics and current market trends, executing actionable insights and managing daily operations of Tmall flagship store in collaboration with internal and external resources.
- Work closely with internal partners including global and regional marketing, merchandising, buying and planning, supply chain and etc.
- Manage Tmall, TP vendor, digital agency to ensure a seamless execution of the global product launches and branding campaign on eCommerce channels in China.
- Budget Control for TP operation and functions developing.
REQUIREMENT:
- 8+ years of retail/eCommerce operations experience.
- Have strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking skills and time management.
