(hereinafter referred to as "Equipment Company"), GINFON IOT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "IOT Company") and GINFON Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Intelligent Equipment Company"), and Jinfukai Logistics Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. held by investment. The Equipment Company was established in April 2012 and headquartered in Suzhou Industrial Park. Since 2015, it has successively established IOT Company and Intelligent Equipment Company, as well as offices in Guangzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Shanghai Planning and Design Institute. The company has set up intelligent logistics technology research institute and factory test center for technology R&D and product performance test. At present, it has formed a national marketing service network layout with Suzhou as the center, covering east China, south China, central China, west China and north China.
