The Site IT Manager serves as the primary liaison for all IT-related business needs within the plant. This role involves managing customer expectations and requirements, utilizing IT metrics, scorecards, and reporting to facilitate communication between the business and technical communities. The IT Manager must effectively collaborate with other IT Service Teams and various functional areas across the region's locations. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project and IT Service Management:
1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the IT activities of a site, including developing an LRP, creating and maintaining forecasts, and planning for Cyber Risk and Resiliency remediation.
2. Support regional Service Delivery functions, including the Service Desk and IT Governance (ITIL, PMO, Financials).
3. Focus on managing Client Technicians to deliver the expected service demand of the sites.
4. Support Site Scorecards reviews for sites of responsibility.
5. Provide reports on an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and financial performance reports.
1. Attend client service review meetings, covering performance reports, service improvements, quality, and processes.
2. Establish and implement short and long-term services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
3. Execute vendor management, including managing suppliers and outsourcing contracts. Drive the ITIL framework throughout the IT organization, including incident/problem management, change management, service level management, and financial management.

Technology Integration:

4. Oversee communication and feedback between the business and IT teams. Maintain and support the enterprise IT Service Catalog, Service Level Agreements, and Strategy.
5. Establish good communication and working relationships with users and other sources of support and assistance, such as the Plant Management Team and Staff, Business Application Owners, Infrastructure Service Teams, and Enterprise Level Service Areas.
Financial and Budget Management:
1. Make recommendations with financial impact in mind.
2. Manage the local budget and ensure cost-effectiveness within their area of responsibility.
3. Communicate and manage the regional Chargeback and Allocation model.
Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
1. Implement process improvements, policies, and best practices.
2. Ensure quality services are provided to the agreed SLA. Follow specified systems, processes, and methodologies to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery.
3. Monitoring and improving KPIs, customer satisfaction, and feedback on IT services while aligning with regional leads to ensure consistency.
REDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in IT service management.
3. Experience with ERP (SAP), Engineering System (Teamcenter PLM), OA (Microsoft / SharePoint), and Infrastructure areas. Experience with digitalization transformation is a plus.
4. Experience in MES (shopfloor system), business digitalization transformation projects
5. Familiar or proficiency in digitalization tools, e.g. Power Apps, UI Path, etc.
6. Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
