1.负责应用日志的采集、存储、分析和可视化，建立高效的日志监控体系（如ELK/ClickHouse/Grafana）。

4.参与CI/CD流程设计，协助开发团队实现日志埋点规范化和异常预警。
5.维护分布式系统的日志架构，确保海量日志的高效查询与长期存储。

任职要求：
1.1年以上运维经验，67有开发背景（Java/Python/Go等）优先，能独立编写脚本或工具。
2.精通日志分析技术栈（如ELK、Loki、Splunk），熟悉正则表达式及日志聚合模式。
3.了解常见应用框架（如Spring Boot/Django）的日志输出规范，能快速定位代码级问题。
4.掌握Linux系统调试命令（grep/awk/sed）及网络抓包工具（tcpdump/Wireshark）。
5.具备基础数据库知识（SQL/NoSQL），能通过日志关联分析业务异常

Solution Support Engineer is a ***** technology expert providing Pre and Post Sales technical support to regional customers and partners both offsite and onsite. With in-depth technology knowledge about Belden solutions, Solution Support Engineer is able to implement the solutions based on given concepts, solve complex technical challenges with install base and supporting works. Training and sharing technology insights both internally and externally is part of their daily tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Technical contact for regional Sales and Channel partners for day to day to support
61 Provide on-field support in projects and other initiatives as per strategy defined by regional Sales.
61 Serve as the Layer-2 technical point of contact for accounts and partners within their territory; manage the technical relationships with technical customer associates and partners
61 Use your in-depth product and telecommunication industry knowledge to provide Proof of Concept (PoC) and help commercial team to validate high-risk solution
61 Execute technology workshops and trainings as per customer/project requirements
61 Solve post sales technical issues through CIC ticketing system
61 Reporting projects and customers’ feedback to CIC/GPS/Sales
61 Provide project execution service on site as per requested
61 Develop and deliver business-focused solutions presentations to executive-level audiences in large customer organizations
61 Technically enable our partners to make them more independent from Belden's technical associates

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education & Experience
61 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical experience in supporting Metro or TPT related industrial technologies
61 Engineering Graduate with focus on IT or Industrial Automation, Masters preferred
61 Able to diagnose complex network architecture and provide customer ad-hoc solutions and/or trainings
61 Technical know-how in Industrial Ethernet and technologies like Cloud, ICS
61 CCNA/CCNP/CISSP or equivalents are preferred.
61 Experience of delivering IT or Metro or TPT related networking projects independently.
61 Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organizations or their ***** channels.
61 Experience of successfully operating in a matrix environment.
61 Experience of working with cross functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Development.
61 Proven track record within a service role in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization.
