岗位说明: 1. 针对重点行业(能源电力、大型装备、金属冶炼、半导体、精密电子等行业)的智能制造与数智化升级,深入理解和抽象客户的业务需求,灵活正确运用数据分析/数据挖掘/优化算法等相关技术解决客户的实际问题; 2. 针对设备域、质量域、工艺域、能源域等具有共性的数据分析模型和行业应用进行抽象与研究,基于公司的数据平台产品,进行数据分析算法和产品的研发工作; 3. 针对客户现场的实际数据分析项目,开展如下工作:业务理解、数据治理、领域建模、特征工程、数据分析相关算法模型的开发、测试和优化等。 岗位要求: 1. 结合数据理解业务需求,具有独立定义和解决工业数据分析/数据挖掘问题的能力,具有良好的理工科背景和清晰的逻辑思维能力。 2. 精通数据处理、统计分析、机器学习和优化算法理论及实践;熟悉自动控制、热能动力、化工过程、半导体物理、集成电路等理论者优先;熟悉工业现场的设备数据、MES数据、有工业数据分析相关的实际项目经验者优先。 3. 精通数据分析语言Python及常用的算法包的使用(如numpy, pandas, scipy, sklearn, tsfresh, statsmodel,matplotlib, seaborn, pyecharts, plotly等),有工程化代码开发经验。 4. 有较强的算法软件研发经验,熟悉常见软件工程设计模式(例如OO、ORM、DDD、ER建模等);具有工业软件和算法开发经验者优先。 5. 有良好的客户沟通、业务调研、团队合作与技术管理能力;能独立作为项目技术负责人带领其他技术人员一起交付客户项目者优先(高级)。 6. 工业专业教育背景或工作经验,具有自动化、电力、电子、能源动力、半导体或化工等专业知识背景,硕士以上学历者优先。 7. 有较强的新领域知识学习能力、文档写作能力、客户沟通能力;能快速搜索、阅读中英文文献者优先。
