Responsibilities: 职责 1. Lead SCM team to complete daily works as issue PO, delivery tracking 带领供应链团队完成日常工作，如创建PO、供应商交货进度跟踪 2. Lead and coach subordinates to develop and manage suppliers according to internal procedures 带领和辅导下属根据内部程序开发和管理供应商 3.Keep smooth and transparent communication with suppliers and relative departments 与供应商和内部相关部门保持顺畅和透明的沟通 4.Formulate annual procurement plan, including cost saving plan, supplier strategic plan etc.； 制定年度采购计划，包括成本节约行动计划，供应商战略等； 5.Continually improve company purchasing procedure and flow for better cost,quality and OTD performance 持续优化公司采购程序和流程，以获取更好的成本、质量和OTD表现； 6.Coordinate supplier to support SQE to resolve supplier quality issue 协调供应商、支持SQE解决应商质量问题 7.New project purchasing to support NPI; Cooperate with oversea purchasing team. NPI新项目采购支持；与国外采购团队合作。 8. Other tasks assigned work by supervisor 其它上级布置的工作 Qulifications:要求 1.Business/Engineering etc. college degree or above,plastic and machining konwledge is preferred. 商务、工程方面大专以上学历，有塑料和机加工知识更佳 2.Minimum of 5+ years of procurement experiences/3+ years management experience with a multi-national company or equivalent 跨国公司5年或以上的采购经验，其中三年以上的管理经验。 3.Successful experience in cost saving projects 具有成本降低方面的成功经验 4.Experiences in ERP system related to supplier and material management modules 熟悉供应商、物流管理等采购相关的ERP模块的使用 5.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 良好的书面和口头英语能力 6.Supplier management skills and logistics knowledge, etc. 供应商管理技能和物流知识 7.Good business skills, negotiation skills 良好的商务技能、沟通协商技能和 8.High energy and strong anti-pressure ability 精力充沛及强的抗压能力

QCD (Quality, cost and Delivery) objectives can be met, in line with the project schedule 3. Guarantee new sourcing approval procedures are follow strictly. 4. Focus on electrical powertrain business unite (mainly products is Injection & Stamping, Core (Stator & Rotor), Enameled wire &Magnet) project sourcing, team work to support projects manager to ensure on time development and cost target. 5. Good comminute with core cross function team to win the new business and secure awarded projects into mass production.
