职位职责: 1、采购策略与规划 1)依据跨境出口业务的销售预测、库存状况及市场动态,制定年度、季度和月度采购计划,确保货物的及时供应,满足业务增长需求的同时,合理控制库存成本; 2)分析市场趋势和行业动态,研究原材料、产品及物流服务等价格走势,制定灵活且具有竞争力的采购策略,为公司争取最佳采购条件,降低采购成本,提升公司在跨境市场的价格竞争力; 2、供应商管理 1)负责供应商的开发与拓展,通过线上线下渠道,广泛寻找优质供应商,建立并不断优化供应商资源库,尤其是在跨境电商主要目标市场(如欧美、东南亚等),确保供应链的稳定性和多样性; 2)主导供应商的评估与选择工作,制定科学合理的供应商评估标准,从产品质量、价格、交货期、服务水平、信誉等多个维度对供应商进行全面考核,筛选出符合公司业务需求和质量标准的供应商,并建立长期稳定的合作关系; 3)与供应商进行商务谈判,签订采购合同及相关协议,明确双方的权利和义务,确保合同条款清晰、合理,有效规避采购风险;同时,负责合同的执行与跟踪,及时处理合同履行过程中的问题和纠纷,保障公司利益; 4)定期对供应商进行绩效评估,建立供应商绩效考核体系,根据考核结果对供应商进行分级管理,对优秀供应商给予更多合作机会和奖励,对不合格供应商及时采取整改或淘汰措施,促进供应商不断提升服务质量和合作水平; 3、采购执行与成本控制 1)负责采购订单的下达与跟踪,确保采购订单的准确性和及时性,及时掌握货物的生产进度、发货情况及运输状态,协调解决采购过程中出现的各种问题,如货物延迟、质量不符等,确保货物按时、按质、按量交付到公司仓库或指定地点; 2)严格控制采购成本,通过与供应商的价格谈判、优化采购流程、集中采购、寻找替代供应商等方式,降低采购价格和采购成本;同时,关注汇率波动、物流费用等因素对采购成本的影响,及时采取相应的应对措施,确保采购成本在预算范围内; 3)负责采购付款的审核与管理,严格按照公司财务制度和采购合同的规定,审核采购付款申请,确保付款金额准确、付款条件合规,避免出现多付、错付等情况;同时,合理安排采购付款计划,优化资金使用效率,维护公司与供应商的良好合作关系; 4、仓库管理与库存优化 1)统筹管理跨境出口业务仓库的日常运营,制定仓库管理制度和操作流程,确保仓库作业的高效、准确和安全;包括货物的入库、存储、盘点、出库等环节,合理规划仓库布局,提高仓库空间利用率; 2)建立并完善库存管理体系,运用科学的库存管理方法和工具(如ABC分类法、安全库存模型等),对库存进行实时监控和分析,制定合理的库存控制策略,优化库存结构,降低库存成本,避免库存积压或缺货现象的发生,保障跨境出口业务的顺利进行; 3)负责与物流部门、销售部门等相关部门的沟通与协调,及时了解销售订单的发货需求和物流配送情况,合理安排仓库发货计划,确保货物及时、准确地发运给客户;同时,协同处理客户退货、换货等售后问题,保障客户满意度。 职位要求: 1、教育背景:本科及以上学历,物流管理、供应链管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先; 2、工作经验:3年以上跨境出口业务采购或仓库管理工作经验,熟悉跨境电商行业的采购流程和仓库运营管理模式,有丰富的供应商资源和成功的采购谈判经验; 3、专业技能 1)具备扎实的采购管理知识,熟悉采购流程、采购成本控制、供应商管理等方面的专业技能,能够熟练运用各种采购工具和方法,制定科学合理的采购策略; 2)熟悉仓库管理的各个环节,掌握库存管理、仓储布局、物流配送等方面的知识和技能,能够运用先进的仓库管理系统(WMS)对仓库进行高效管理; 4、能力素质 1)具备较强的战略规划能力和市场洞察力,能够准确把握市场动态和行业发展趋势,制定符合公司发展战略的采购和仓库管理策略; 2)具有出色的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力,能够有效地与供应商、内部团队以及其他部门进行沟通协作,领导和激励团队成员完成工作任务; 3)具备优秀的谈判能力和商务技巧,能够在采购谈判中为公司争取有利的采购条件,降低采购成本,同时维护良好的供应商关系; 4)具备较强的问题解决能力和应变能力,能够快速应对采购和仓库管理过程中出现的各种突发问题,及时采取有效的解决方案,保障业务的正常运行; 5)具有良好的职业道德和责任心,诚实守信,廉洁奉公,保守公司商业机密,对工作认真负责,注重细节,追求卓越; 5、语言能力:英语流利,具备良好的听说读写能力,能够与国外供应商和客户进行顺畅的沟通交流。

工作内容: 1、根据业务需求进行数据业务开发,分析后台已有数据,理解数据维度和含义,并根据计算公式进行数据应用开发及分析。 2、参与数据治理工作,根据目前已有数据,解析数据依赖,编排数据拓扑结构,数据元数据结构优化;提升数据易用性及数据质量,统一数据口径,制定数据标准化规则。 3、对数据平台和执行引擎遇到问题时有一定的解决能力,负责 ETL 流程的优化及解决 ETL 相关技术问题,对数据稳定性和性能有一定的优化能力。 4、支撑采购供应链业务域的搜索、用户画像、推荐系统等业务的数据需求,确保输出时效性与准确性。 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,3年以上工作经验; 2、精通Python语言,能够使用python写数据分析算法; 3、精通FineBI、FineReport的开发、维护技术(有帆软高级工程师认证的优先)能够独立完成BI项目的开发; 4、精通数仓及BI系统业务建设流程; 5、熟练掌握SQL,能够熟练编写复杂的查询语句、存储过程、函数等,对常见关系型数据库(如Oracle、MySQL等)的性能优化有一定经验; 6、有良好的沟通和业务流程描述能力,书面表达能力,高度自驱。
