区块链架构师 Innovation Engineering Team Manager (Blockchain Architect) -工作职责: 1. 主导区块链底层核心模块的架构设计和技术预研； 2. 组建敏捷型研发团队，推动区块链公链平台的研发落地； 3. 关注最新的区块链趋势、突破，主导共识算法、加密算法、p2p网络、虚拟机、跨链技术、经济模型等核心领域内研究与建设； 4. 配合公司战略，发布研究成果（包括论文，专利，开源代码等），不断提高行业影响力 -岗位要求： 1. 具有国内外知名高校计算机、数学、软件工程等理工科相关专业硕士以上学位，特别突出者可放宽限制； 2. 对Ethereum、Polkadot、Avalanche等主流和新锐区块链系统有深入的研究； 3. 熟练掌握GO、C++、RUST等一门或多门编程语言； 4. 良好的团队协作精神和执行力，独立的科研能力； 5. 熟练掌握P2P分布式网络等相关技术，对分布式系统理论有深入研究优先； 6. 精通加密算法者优先，精通POW、DPOS、BFT等共识算法者优先，精通智能合约实现原理者优先。 7. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情
