岗位职责简述Detailed Job description：

1、负责UHF RFID天线设计及验证，提出设计方案；

Responsible for UHF RFID antenna design and validation, and propose design

schemes.

2、对于项目中的问题，给出一定的分析和解决意见；

Give some analysis and solution opinions for the problems in project.

3、负责天线开发过程中的文件编写，量产跟进并解决天线生产相关问题；

Responsible for the document writing in the antenna development process,

mass production follow-up and solve the antenna production related problems.

4、跟踪业界天线设计新技术，根据项目需求探索新型天线的解决方案；

Track new antenna design technology in the industry and explore new antenna

solutions according to project requirements.

5、负责公司标准标签产品以及定制化标签产品得开发与项目主导

Responsible for leading the total project including product development and

production

6、负责新项目的可行性以及成本评估

Responsible for the feasibility and cost evaluation of new projects.

7、负责与其它工程师共同开发产品以及量产导入

Co-work other engineers to achieve product development objective;

8、配合工艺以及生产团队来确保产品适合规模化生产

Cooperating with engineering and production team to ensure product suit for

mass production;

9、提出新的技术，支持专利工程师申请专利, 为销售团队和客户提供技术支持;

Generating new patent with IP engineer base on new technology;

Providing technical support for sales team and customers;

Technical document handling include test report, project planing etc

基本要求 Basic requirement:

1、 无线电、微波电磁场、电子工程相关专业，本科或硕士毕业；

Bachelor or master degree in radio, microwave electromagnetic field or electronic engineering.

2、 扎实的天线和传播理论基础，掌握天线辐射原理，掌握行业主流外形的天线方案；Master the theoretical basis of antenna and propagation, master the principle of antenna radiation, master the antenna scheme of the the mainstream shape of industry;

3、 较强的天线仿真能力，能够熟练使用CST/HFSS仿真软件；

Have antenna simulation ability, skillfully use CST/HFSS software.

4、 掌握网络分析仪等仪器的使用;

Master the use of network analyzer and other instruments.

5、 HF标签天线设计经验优先

If there is RFID HF tag antenna experience, it is better

6、 有较好的沟通能力和动手能力，有一定的英文读写能力;

Have good communication skills and practical ability, have certain English reading and writing ability.

7、 至少3年RFID天线，蓝牙天线，手机天线或者GPS天线等工作经验

At least 3 years of experience in RFID or GPS or bluetooth or cell phone or other RF antenna designing

8、 有电路设计经验者优先

Experience in circuit design is preferred

9、 具有良好的团队意识; 有独立负责项目的经验以及解决问题的能力

Good team spirit, failure analysis capability, Willingness to travel abroad,

Team player, able to work under pressure, Capability of independent problem solving, positive and active mind
