Merchandising team at Farfetch is truly global as we have a supply base with access to items throughout the world. The team has the expertise of the world of fashion as well as commercial sense to ensure the delivery of the right merchandise to the right customers with the right price at the right time. About the role:
Senior Merchandiser works with both global and ***** teams to improve the merchandise adaptations in the FARFETCH platform such as merchandise planning, analytics, and trades analysis. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement and proactive mindset, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities. Strong analytics skills and the expertise in fashion industry are key requirements of this role. Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.


What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with both global and ***** teams, always optimize assortments and supply that are relevant to the ***** market demand;
• Analyze and interpret through data, be able to identify business insights and opportunities;
• Identify high potential brands and build supply strategy;
• Gain a complete understanding of the luxury digital market and brief global team on market ;needs.
• Monitor price positioning to stay competitive;
• Stay informed on consumer trends and reactive trends;
• Build relationship and influence across all levels within the organization and global counterparts;

Who you are:
• You have 5 years’ merchandising experience in fashion & luxury industry, familiar with the merchandising and analytics, the experience in E-commerce is a plus;
• You have a good command of oral and written English;
• You are knowledgeable and passionate about fashion at all levels, from high-end designers to cutting edge street style;
• You have experience in analyzing and presenting data, the ability to use data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• You are good at teamwork and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels within the organization and global counterparts;
• You have proven ability to work under strict deadlines and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
