Responsibilities:
1. Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
2. Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
3.Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders.
4. to be the assistant of the head of marketing department.to arrange meetings, foods and beverages for the head.
5. Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
6. Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
7. Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
Requirements:
1. BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
2. Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and content management system (CMS) platforms.
3. Demonstrated project management experience.
4. Research and analytical skills.
5. An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
6. Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
7. Clear copywriting and editing skills.
8. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
