Responsibility 职责
- Overall responsibility for customer development and maintenance
全面负责开发维护客户
- Provide overall HR outsourcing solutions according to customer needs
根据客户需求，提供整体人事外包解决方案
- Maintain, consolidate and improve the relationship with customers, and dig into or expand the outsourcing needs of customers
维护、巩固、提升与客户的关系，深入挖掘或扩大已成交客户的人事外包需求
- Fully responsible for business negotiation/visit and follow-up/contract negotiation/maintenance, etc
全面负责业务的洽谈/拜访跟进/合同谈判/维护等工作
- Collect and feedback customer comments and suggestions, coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer satisfaction
搜集、反馈客户意见和建议，协调内外资源，提高客户满意度
- Follow up the customer's payment and assess the collection risk
跟进客户的付款以及做好收款风险评估
- According to customer needs, independently complete the modification and arrangement of customer service program
可根据客户需求，独立完成客户服务方案的修改和整理工作

Requirement:
- Software development experience is preferred
有软件开发经验的优先。
- Good interpersonal relationship, comfortable to face people
好的人际关系，能舒适面对他人
- Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
- Have automobile, aerospace, IT, automobile new energy, electronics or other high-tech industry resources is preferred
有汽车、航空航天、IT、汽车新能源、电子或其他高科技行业资源尤佳
- Strong time management ability, able to work under high pressure
有较强的时间安排能力，能承受较大的销售压力
- English needs to be the working language
英语需作为工作语言
