【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for the recruitment of advisors and the operation of the product in India/Pakistan.
2. Responsible for product *****ization, translation and other operational work in overseas markets.
3. Responsible for the daily community, user operation and consultant operation of the product.
4. Planning operational activities to help the product increase user activity, user retention, and promote payment, etc.
5. Assist product managers to research overseas products, users and needs, and optimize product features and design.

【Job Requirements】
1. Indian is preferred. Accept internship.
2. Overseas study or work experience; fluent in Hindi, proficient in oral communication with ***** users; understanding of ***** native culture.
3. Strong activity analysis, marketing, planning and promotion skills, good at integrating resources, working experience in Internet companies is preferred.
4. Strong copywriting skills, good language and written expression skills.
5. Work carefully and meticulously, with a high sense of responsibility and execution, with a sense of innovation and challenge.
6. Like to play social products.

1. 总体负责印度/巴基斯坦的顾问招募工作和产品的运营工作；
2. 负责产品在海外市场的本地化、翻译等运营工作；
3. 负责产品日常的社区、用户运营、顾问运营；
4. 策划运营活动，帮助产品提升用户活跃、用户留存、促进付费等；
5. 协助产品经理调研海外产品、用户和需求，优化产品功能及设计；

【岗位要求】
1. 岗位不接受兼职或者远程，印度留学生优先，可接受实习；
2. 有海外留学或工作经验，精通印度语，能熟练与当地用户口语交流，了解当地本土文化；
3. 具备较强的活动分析、营销、策划、推广能力，擅于整合资源，有互联网公司工作经验优先；
4. 较强的文案策划能力，良好语言及文字表达能力；
5. 工作认真细致，具备高度的责任感及执行力，具有创新和挑战意识；
6. 喜欢玩社交类产品。
