职责:
- Perform the routine IT maintenance or the file folder backup

- Provide first line help desk function to trouble shoot the problem for internal clients

- Setup adjustment or software installation according to existing IT SOP

- Handle IT failures and problems guided by phone or other communication tools

- Develop IT documents (incl but not limited to manual, checklist)

- Strictly and systematically follow company internal IT process, instruction, continue improve IT process, update IT documents, in order to deliver professional services to internal and external customers

- Search suitable products or suppliers on request, based on certain IT requirement

要求:
- Senior university student major in Computer Science or related discipline
计算机科学或相关学科专业的大四学生
- Excellent hands-on skills, Experience with computer assembly preferred, update or replacement parts of the servers hardware is a plus

- Proficiency in MS office (Word & Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good written English
良好的书面英语水平
- Familiarity with Microsoft system on Windows 7 & 10 for installation and basic configuration, Experience with server installation is preferred
