4)客户关系维护,挖掘推荐客户通过自身渠道资源,寻找直接意向客户
5) 开发并跟踪转介类型的合作伙伴
6) 定期组织公开展会及现场说明会活动
7) 及时向公司反映客户反馈及市场动态
任职资格
1) 应届生,本科及以上学历,专业不限,高潜人才可培养,法国留学背景优先考虑
3) 英法文流利
4)沟通能力强,较强的逻辑思维能力
5)对地产销售工作充满激情,正直诚信,有责任感
Key responsibilities:
1) Provide clients with professional overseas asset allocation information
2) Make individual investment, holiday and residence plans according to the client's needs.
3) Assist customers to complete all investment processes, such as signing contracts, transferring funds, loans, etc.
4) Customer relationship maintenance, mining recommended customers through their own channel resources, looking for direct intention of customers
5) Develop and track referral partners
6) organise public exhibitions and on-site presentations on a regular basis
7) Reflect customer feedback and market developments to the company in a timely manner.
Appointment Qualification
1) Recent graduate, Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited, high potential talents can be trained, French study background is preferred
3) Fluent in English and French
4) Strong communication and logical thinking skills
5) Passionate, honest and responsible about property sales
