The Role
As Business Partner and Technical Project Manager, you will be business partner with our vehicle service team to be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects across a variety of these teams from both business and IT.


This position requires a strong understanding of IT product/system design, business processes, operations, and required documentation on service, Parts fulfillment, warehouse, logistics etc. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal.


Responsibilities
• Business partner to understand business pain points and gather their cross functional IT requirements in vehicle after-market service.
• Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems
• Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery
• Work together with global product managers, software engineers and QA engineers with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty
• Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders
• Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects


Requirements
• BS in computer science
• 8 to 10 years’ technical project management/IT Product Owner experience in automotive service or aftersales.
• Prior systems engineering or software experience, and ideally experience with vehicle service, parts fulfillment, warehouse, logistics etc. As individual contributor of product design or system engineering experience is highly valued.
• Strong experience of building, developing, and managing program with high effectiveness via management tools and processes, e.g. Scrum dashboard and JIRA.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept through development and successful launch
• Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and critical design decisions
• Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action
• Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization preferred
• Agile software development workflow familiarity preferred
• Experience with Golang. and .NET CORE or Java Spring is a plus
