Job Description:
1.Development of global & future oriented domain SW architecture，This architecture has to fulfill all BSH requirements, most notably of the appliances of the product divisions
开发面向全球及未来的产品软件架构，这个架构可以满足BSH所有产品的需求，特别是各个产品事业部的需求
2.Define, adapt and track rule set for the architecture and a modular design (interfaces, flexibility, variance, design rules).
定义、调整和跟踪整个架构和模块设计 （接口，灵活性，编译及设计规则）
3.Ensuring the reusability of electronic system modules on the basis of uniform electronic system architectures
确保电子系统模块在一个统一系统架构里的可复用性
4.Review roadmaps on product and module roadmaps with regard to technical, economic and temporal feasibility alternatives and adherence to architecture，integrate new features and technologies into architecture
审核未来规划的产品和模块的需求，确认相关的技术可行性， 并将新功能和技术集成到架构里
5.Implementation of the BSH ePACT principles in the development， Ensuring the compatibility of the functions and interfaces of the electronic modules in cooperation with BSH ePACT
将BSH ePact的原则导入到开发中，确保电子模块的功能和接口的一致性
6.Aligns the architecture with the architects of the Pxx and sets the boundaries for the electronics solutions
和事业部的架构同事就整个架构达成一直并且设计电子方案的界限


Professional Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering or related, more than 5 yeas software developing experience
学士学位及以上，电子工程相关专业, 5年以上软件的开发经验
2.Experienced with requirements analysis, management and system architecture, knowhow with home appliance is preferred
有做过家电需求分析及管理，系统架构的经验优先
3.Experienced with project management, clearly understand development process of whole project
一定的项目管理经验，清晰知道整个项目的开发流程
4.Have clear logical thinking ability, good communication and team work ability
具有清晰的逻辑思维能力、良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力
5.Strong self-motivation, high sense of responsibility and ability to work efficiently under strong pressure
有较强的自我驱动力、高度责任心以及在较强压力下高效工作的能力
6.Fluent English in both oral and written
