岗位职责：
•Develop, improve and maintain many general aspects of the OptiStruct code
• Assess and optimize code performance, applying parallelization techniques when appropriate.
• Implement development tools and utilities such as automated QA, automated build system, etc.
• Develop preprocessing and postprocessing support for various analysis and optimization capabilities.
• Develop interfaces with third-party software according to specifications and requirements.
• Debug the code whenever necessary and address defects quickly.
• Introduce QA problems for testing features.
• Work closely with others in the team to complete major tasks.
• Meet project requirements in an accurate and timely manner.

岗位要求：
• Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (mechanical/aerospace/civil) or Computer Science. Master preferred.
• Programming experience in Fortran or C/C++.
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) is desirable but not required.
